All of Linda Trent's jewelry is made to order in very limited editions. The typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. If you have a special situation, feel free to Contact Linda and we will try to accommodate your request.

Special Orders

Since all of the jewelry is made to order special requests are usually not a problem. Contact Linda for details.

Privacy

All information submitted to us via the Linda Trent Jewelry web site is kept confidential. None of this information is ever shared with anyone else.

Payment Options

Linda Trent Jewelry accepts Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge your card until the day we ship your order to you.

Sales Tax

7.25% sales tax will apply to all orders billed to an address within California. Wholesalers with a valid exemption on file may have the sales tax waived for phone or fax orders.

Shipping and Handling

Unless otherwise requested or noted all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail for a charge of $5.50. Typical delivery time is 3-10 days.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 21 days and accompanied by a sales receipt.

Repairs

We will repair any piece or part of a piece that proves to be faulty, if submitted for repairs within 60 days of purchase. If your piece needs repair due to damage while in your care, a fee will be charge for parts, labor and shipping.

Cookies

When you add products to your shoipping cart on our site, we will request your browser to place a temperary cookie (a very small text file) on your computer. When you close your browser this cookie, and your shopping cart, expires. Our site uses this cookie only to keep track of products in your shopping cart. No other personal data is ever stored or distributed. If you have your browser configured to not accept cookies the site will not be able to store products in your shopping cart, however, feel free to Contact Linda to place an order.

Security

Linda Trent Jewelry uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128 bit encryption to protect your personal data. All data transmited through the secure pages of this site (with compatable browsers) is automatically encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.
